At PnLMark (pnlmark.com), we prioritize user privacy and adhere to a strict policy of data minimization. We do not require account registration with personal identifiers, and we do not collect, store, sell, or monetize any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

2. Information We Process

• Public Blockchain Addresses: Public Solana wallet addresses submitted by users to index public transaction histories.
• Social Mentions (X / Twitter): Public tweets and mentions sent to @PnLMarkBot to process requested wallet audits. Tweet IDs are stored temporarily solely for deduplication.
• Technical Diagnostics: Standard non-identifying server telemetry (e.g. response times, error rates) to maintain platform uptime.

3. Third-Party Services & APIs

PnLMark integrates with reputable decentralized infrastructure providers, including Solana RPC nodes and the Helius API, strictly to retrieve public on-chain swap events. We do not share private user data with any third parties.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We only use essential local browser storage to persist user-selected UI preferences (e.g. connected wallet session, theme state). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
